Join the AFH Time Bank (Community Members)

This path is for individuals who want to participate in the Allies for Humanity Time Bank as part of the community.
 

You might be:

• Volunteering with AFH

• Offering your skills, talents, or presence

• Using time bank hours for access to partner events

• Exploring mutual aid and community exchange

• There are no shifts to clock into

• Time is fluid, not fixed

• Hours are recorded after service happens

• Time is based on approximately how long you were present and engaged
   

For AFH programs:

• Allies for Humanity records hours on behalf of volunteers
   

For community-to-community exchanges:

• Members may record time together in whatever way feels aligned
   

Mistakes can always be corrected. This system is meant to support people, not penalize them.

Time bank hours are:

• Not payment

• Not wages

• Not required
   

Paid work is not logged in the time bank.

Participation is always optional. You are free to say yes, no, or not right now — and you can step back at any time.
 

Your presence matters whether or not you use the time bank.
