Unified Impact Coalition

Aligning efforts. Strengthening impact.

The Unified Impact Coalition (UIC) is a collaborative network of organizations working together to strengthen coordination, reduce fragmentation, and create more aligned systems of support.

This work is intentionally focused on bringing together organizations that serve:

  • Youth

  • Justice-impacted individuals

  • Individuals experiencing homelessness

While rooted in Indianapolis, the coalition is designed to expand connection and alignment across the state of Indiana—recognizing that these challenges and opportunities extend beyond a single city.

By building relationships across sectors and geographies, UIC creates space for shared insight, coordinated action, and more effective, human-centered support.

Why This Coalition Exists

Across Indianapolis and throughout the State of Indiana, many individuals and organizations are doing meaningful work to support our community.

Yet too often, these efforts operate in isolation—leading to gaps in care,

duplicated work, and missed opportunities for connection.

The Unified Impact Coalition was created to bridge those gaps.

By building relationships and aligning efforts across systems, we can move from disconnected responses to coordinated, community-centered impact.

How the Coalition Comes Together

A shared understanding of purpose, approach, and partnership.

How We Work

The Unified Impact Coalition is rooted in relationship.

We bring people to the table not just to share updates, but to listen, understand, and align.

This work is:

Collaborative
No single organization leads—this is shared work.

Grounded in Experience
We center both lived experience and frontline insight.

Action-Oriented
Conversations are meant to lead to clearer coordination and stronger outcomes.

Evolving
The coalition grows and adapts based on the needs of the community.
